- ½ thinly sliced red cabbage
- 3 thinly sliced spring onions
- 3 coarsely grated carrots
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise/ vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- ½ tsp salt
- To a mixing bowl, add thinly sliced red cabbage, grated carrots and spring onions.
- To the bowl, add the apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, sriracha and salt.
- Mix until well incorporated.
- Serve and enjoy!
