Red Coleslaw

Coleslaw is the perfect side dish to any meal and our Red Coleslaw rules supreme. Whether it is a plate of jollof and stew or hot jerk chicken. Not only is it delicious, it is beautiful and vibrant.

Serves: 4 

Prep: 15 minutes 

Cooking time: 2 minutes 


  • ½ thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 3 thinly sliced spring onions
  • 3 coarsely grated carrots
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar  
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise/ vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha 
  •  ½  tsp salt 


  1. To a mixing bowl, add thinly sliced red cabbage, grated carrots and spring onions.
  2. To the bowl, add the apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, sriracha and salt.
  3. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
